UK Lush Goodies!

Uk Lush Haul.png

Hello again friends! Greetings from London! If you hang out with me on social media (You should be! Here is my contact page! Let’s be buddies!) then you know that I am on a two week vacation with part of my family. Once I found out that I was coming over here, I knew I had to go to the Lush on Oxford Street. High priorities, I know. I may be the last person on Earth to realize that there are products that you can purchase here that are not available in America, so, let’s get into the good stuff, right?IMG_9619.JPG

Cyanide Bath Bomb:

The name is kind of scary. When I think of cyanide, I think of poisonous chemicals that I don’t particularly want to be around, let alone bathe in…but, I have heard that it is one to try out, and America is making me sad, so it was on the top of my list. I am not sure if America would be so open to the idea shape of the bomb itself, but it is pretty unique compared to the rest of Lushs’ range. This has a mix of lemon, cedarwood, rosewood, and almond (which is actually associated with the actual smell of cyanide ::panic mode::). This turns your bath this pretty amazing bright almost lime yellow, with silver sparkles, and some popping candy for an extra fun bath! Definitely one to try out!

Divination Bubble Bar:

I am not going to lie. This reminded me of Harry Potter, and I love Harry Potter. Combine this with my absolute love for pendulums and anything of that sort, and you have a definite winner for me. The first reusable bubble bar I used was the Bunch O’Carrots, which smelled incredible, and when I saw the amazing range of reusable ones at the store, I had to get a few. This has patchouli, rose, and violet scents, and everyone knows I love patchouli! The most amazing thing about this product is that whenever you first run it in your bath, the amazing layer of golden/bronze glitter washes away to reveal this beautiful purple color which makes your bath a pretty amazing color! I am pretty sure this one is exclusive to the store, so be sure to grab it if you are around Oxford Street.

Superdad Bath Bomb:

Hi, I could never in my life get my father into a bubble bath, so this is all for me. This came out this year as part of their special Father’s Day collection. It looks giant, but it is about the same size as a normal bath bomb, just laid out differently…obviously. It blasts out with these amazing blue and red streaks whenever you put it in your bath, and takes a pretty long time to dissolve. The better part of 15 minutes, at least! This features Sandalwood (my personal favorite smell OF ALL TIME!), olibanum oil, and guiacwood oil. This is a very comforting and mood-boosting fragrance, but the smell is definitely not the strongest. Be sure to check out the entire range for dad on the website! They have just regular soaps too, and all dads need a good soap.

Flamingo Bubble Bar:

I literally could not resist this. It is a flamingo y’all. I can definitely say this was not on my list, haha. Every time that summer comes around, I love flamingos and pineapples. It is natural. This has scents of Bergamot, ylang ylang, and rosewood. These are all things I have come to know and love from years of Lush usage, haha. Like Divination, this is a reusable bar, and you can definitely get more than one use out of this. You can hold this under running water, or you can swish it around in the water depending on your preference. This has a very fruity smell, and I would not classify this as sweet as all. This is definitely one to pick up for summer, and I think it would make a pretty cute gift, if I do say so myself.

Lava Lamp Bath Bomb:

I am pretty sure that everyone had a lava lamp as a child, am I right? I know that I definitely had a couple of them. I will go ahead and say it, I am not very wild about the appearance of this one, but like I said, it is one I have not seen in my stores in America, so I had to try it out. This is a big ball of citrus and has tangerine, mandarin, and orange flower traces to create an uplifting and energizing bath. Because of the olive oil that is also used in this product, the purple circles on the exterior break away from the orange, and give the illusion of a lava lamp in the water. It is definitely different from other bath bombs that I have used in the past! If you love the smell of the Brazilian shampoo bar, then this is right up your alley! Great for morning baths! (Yes, I do those, haha)

The Modfather Bubble Bar:

A. that name is pretty funny. This is a smaller bubble bar than what I normally get, but it was new, so I had to do it! This features the smell of Brazilian orange oil, but honestly, it is not that far off from Brightside, in my opinion. I love the contrast of the blue water compared to the warm smell though. I think it is worth a shot, but if you are looking for the best bang for your buck, then I definitely suggest Brightside because it is a fantastic bubble bar.

Well friends, that’s all I have for you today! If you live in the UK, what are your favorite products to use from lush that I should check out before I leave? If not, what products are you hoping arrive over in the states soon? Let me know down below!
